Our items are made with authenticity and care, with customer satisfaction being our top priority. Don't love it? We offer a 30 day return policy. Please make sure your package is postmarked within 30 days of your purchase date to be eligible for returns--we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days. Eligible returns must be in unused, prime condition and in its original packaging, along with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
WOD X purchases are exempt and cannot be returned, as they are special made-to-order creations.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we've received your returned items, we'll send you an email confirmation. Upon inspection of your returned products, we'll notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If your return has been approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied back to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund credit within 7-10 business days, please contact your bank and/or credit card company. Refund processing times will vary, depending on your bank provider. If you still have not received your refund after 2 weeks, please send us an email at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are exempt from our refund policy and unfortunately cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Defective or damaged items are eligible for exchanges. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org send us your item to be replaced. Our return address is 111 N. Harbor Blvd., Fullerton, CA, US 92832.
Gifts are always well-intentioned, but sometimes are returned. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value spent. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the original purchaser had the order shipped to themselves prior to being gifted, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be your responsibility. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, shipping times may vary for you to receive your exchanged product(s).
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you are shipping an item valued over $75. While we do believe in the power of positive thinking, we cannot guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
