Shipping And Handling
We ship worldwide. Merchandise will be sent within 24-48 business hours from the order date and will take 2-5 business days for standard delivery anywhere within the United States. Standard International shipping will take 5-10 business days. Please note that World of Dance is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. Additional customs fees do apply. World of Dance does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, packages stating delivered by USPS or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. We do offer standard shipping, Priority and Express packages are automatically insured. For more information on international custom fees please contact your postal office or local government. World of Dance does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
Please note all Express, Expedited, and International parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event your billing address and shipping address do not match, your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.
